Housing Market for Northglenn

 In this Won’t You Be My Neighbor? edition, we look at the home inventory in Northglenn, Colorado. The map above shows the city boundaries.  The adjacent chart shows the US Census Bureau statistics on its population.

Sold prices for the last 12 months have increased somewhat but have remained on the low end of $300k’s. The median Days on Market (DOM) also has remained around the same which is under 10 days throughout the year. Like many areas of town, there is simply not much inventory for sale. It remains a great opportunity for owners to make that move to sell.

The next table  provides the details for the the homes that are for sale –which is only five (5). This even includes condos and town homes.  The median size of the home for sale is a three-bed, three -bath home of 2,200 sq.ft.  These average asking price on the homes for sale in January of 2017 was $273,823. These were smaller homes by the way. One year later, it is $369,000. We will have to see how these few homes fare. Are you interested in one of those homes?
