Parts of this area are unincorporated and is also known for mobile home communities. It also known for the home of Water World and the Butterfly Pavilion. As of this publication, there are 14 homes available for sale. All homes listed under $200k are attached units while the lowest price detached home is a 3bed 1 bath home listed at $239k.
The graph above shows the last five year trends in pricing and days on market demonstrating the inverse relationship between them. Home have been going under contract faster even as prices keep increasing. Blame the shortage of inventory and increased demand. New homes are being constructed in Federal Heights which is also driving the price of homes up. However, prices for similar homes are still lower than in other parts of Denver. Something to consider.
